Youth Agility Classes
Pinnacle Gymnastics just added new Ninja training times on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays. These ninja training sessions provide agility training for preschool through middle school athletes. Our newest team member, Derek McQuinn, has extensive training and experience working with youth to improve their athletic mobility and performance.
When Are Youth Agility Classes Offered?
Ninja training classes are available Monday through Thursday and Saturday mornings. New classes added include:
Monday 4:50pm, 5:50pm
Tuesday 5:40pm, 6:40pm
Additional spaces on Saturdays at 8:30am, 9:20am, and 10:20am

Ninja Training for Agility
Coach Derek's experience in training the total athlete make our ninja program the best agility training in Kansas City. Students start with a crafted warm up that focuses on a skill or technique each week, such as proper squatting. Classes then progress to 3-4 rotations that involve upper body strength, obstacles, balance, agility, and challenges. Students in ninja training come for the fun and leave exhausted from their workout. A true win-win for athletes and parents alike.
