End of Year Bash

Gym and Learn finished a great school year with a End of Year Bash at Black Hoof Park!  We had many of our students join us for a fun filled afternoon where we celebrated the graduation of three of our students to Kindergarten.

It was a great chance for the parents and students to spend some time together and reminisce about a fantastic school year!  Ms. Kirsten also spoke to the group about the exciting changes coming to Gym and Learn for the upcoming school year.  Gym and Learn is revamping their lesson plans this year, integrating new themes and educational tools to the program.  Gym and Learn is also very excited for their dedicated classroom at the new facility.  

This year was truly a great year for Gym and Learn! Here are some of the highlights:

1. Record number enrollment for our unique program that combines preschool and gymnastics.  
2. Introduced an ASL sign of the week to our program, encouraging our students to explore new cultures.
3. Added the weekly themes All About Me, Favorite Things, and Community Helpers.
4. A City of Shawnee Police Officer visited our school.
